Traditionally, summer was a quieter time for the flooring industry, but in recent years we have seen it become a much busier period installing new flooring.

At long last the flooring industry has shaken off the effects of Covid, and is approaching normality (whatever that is!), Stocks are good and new ranges are being introduced once more.

Hopefully we are seeing a levelling of prices as we enter 2023. British wool carpets, in particular, have been least effected over recent months, and represent great value still.

I'm sure the global pandemic will warrant its own chapter in the history books. The impact on the entire globe has been, and continues to be, inescapable.

We would just like to say "Thank You" to all of our customers who have supported us throughout. Like many other businesses, we have struggled with getting deliveries and supplies (and continue to do so). Although we believe in keeping in close contact with our customers, and keeping you up-to-date with arising situations, our customers have been wonderful!

Let us all hope that we can enjoy the summer, and begin to get back to being with friends and family as the autumn approaches.

Fitting will begin very soon, with safety measures in place to ensure the health and well-being of our customers and our fitters.

Measuring and quoting will be available, again with safety procedures to ensure we all keep healthy.

If you are patiently waiting for your carpets, curtains or blinds to be fitted. We will be in touch soon, to arrange installation. We will be prioritising our customers who already have goods on order with us.

Please understand if we need to make changes going forward.. Please be prepared for things to change at short notice if we receive new Government Guidance.
